Just a solid selection for a brief stop-in in New York with great value for the money. The staff was super quick to fix some cleanliness issues in our room, making it spotless by the time we returned. Try to get breakfast early to avoid the rush.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the spacious king studio with a well-equipped kitchenette and a large bathroom shower. The fitness center was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring, and the breakfast had a decent variety, although some items ran out quickly. Just a heads up, the pull-out sofa could've been a bit more comfortable, but it didn't take away from my overall experience! 😊

Had a great time with friends! The rooms were clean, and we loved chilling in the living area and watching Netflix. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the subway and nearby attractions. Breakfast had decent options, but get there early to avoid crowds!
The breakfast area was quite small, making it hard to find a seat during busy hours. We had to wait some mornings, which was annoying.

Spacious, spacious, spacious.
I was blown away by the size of my room-it felt like a cozy studio flat in the heart of the city! The kitchenette was a game-changer, allowing me to whip up snacks while enjoying my morning Starbucks from the complimentary coffee machine. Plus, being so close to the iconic 9/11 Memorial.

missingWrote a review on Jul 03friendly staffgreat locationoutdated roomcleaning issues
The staff were accommodating and the location was great, just steps from the subway and near the World Trade Center. However, the room felt a bit outdated and gloomy, with cleaning issues that caused some discomfort during the stay.

Spacious and super clean rooms with modern amenities, including a full-size fridge with an ice maker, made the stay enjoyable. A highlight was the exceptional staff, who efficiently resolved a room issue by providing two king rooms for the price of one. However, the nightly noise from the heater and early trash pickup disrupted sleep, and the lack of daily cleaning services was disappointing. Nonetheless, breakfast options were decent, featuring various egg dishes, bagels, and fresh juices.
